The Oregon Congressman Earl Blumenauer has twisted his decision regarding with the online poker. The said Democratic lawmaker is now in favor with the legislation to license and regulate the online poker. As Blumenauer stated recently in the House Ways and Means committee, he gave his support to people who want online poker to be exempted from the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act (UIGEA).
